Togfrog.com is facilitating travel activities through videos, maps and travel information. "togfrog.com" is in Beta mode, so the "Terms of use" and "Privacy policy" are also in Beta mode and there for the "Terms of use" and "Privacy policy" will be modified in the near future. Beta mode means that a site is new and under development. In the Beta mode there will likely be defects on "togfrog.com" and we will on "togfrog.com" be grateful if you would make note of errors by sending us an email. The Togfrog.com is consisting of information services and content provided by Togfrog.com, affiliates of Togtrog.com and other third parties. "The user" (also called the member) means each person who establishes or accesses a connection ("account") for access to and use of Togfrog.com.

    Togfrog.com is not obliged to censor or edit the information and content of any third-party. Togfrog.com however reserves the right to inspect information and content on the site and to remove it where necessary.

    Togfrog.com reserves the right to undertake restrictions, changes, and the settings of Togfrog.com, even without naming reasons or notifying the users.

    The user guarantees that all entries made by him/her are compete and correct. The user commits to inform Togfrog.com immediately about any changes to these entries.

    The member is aware that everyone who transfers data over the internet runs the risk of accessing data as part of this information exchange which he/she has no authorization to access. The member accepts this risk.

  2. The Account of third party

    3. In order to access some features of Togfrog.com, you will have to create a Togfrog.com account. You may never use another's account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure.     Togfrog.com has the right to block or terminate the membership (account) of any user without notice or stating reasons.

  3. The rights of Togfrog.com

    4. Togfrog.com has the right to change the service in whole or in part or terminate it completely at any time and with the exclusion of any possible claims for compensation.

    Togfrog.com has the right to exclude users from the use of its services or to change their user privileges at any time and excluding any possible claims for compensation.

    Togfrog.com is not responsible for goods and/ or services, which are offered to the user by third parties via Togfrog.com. Togfrog.com does not oversee any transactions which may result from this. These are carried out exclusively between the third party (supplier) and the user. All claims arising from such business should be directed against the supplier alone.

    Togfrog.com has the right, but is not obliges to check the content of all text and photos or graphic files that are submitted to ensure that they comply with the terms and conditions and the laws in force and, if necessary, to change or delete such contents.

    Togfrog.com stores, uses and analyses information in order to enable the platform to function and to be able to offer the users a better service.

    The information on the "Profile" page can be viewed by other users. The user gives his/her consent to this. The user him/herself decides which information he/she enters onto this site.

    The content on Togfrog.com, including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features and the like ("Content") and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein ("Marks"), are owned by or licensed to Togfrog.com, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the law.

Every member is obliged to release Togfrog.com from all liability and from all obligations, duties, and claims for damages arising from libel, offence, damage to personal rights, those resulting from the cancellation of services for members, from infringement of immaterial goods or other rights. Any costs arising to the service or its legal representatives, employees, vicarious agents and /or third parties relating to appropriate legal defence or prosecution against the third party will be borne by the member.

  6. Changes to the terms and conditions

    7. Togfrog.com reserves the right to change the pages of the Togfrog.com website, the services, their prices or the applicable conditions of use in whole or in part. If the changes affect the terms and conditions, it will be communicated to the members by email at least two weeks before the changes come into force.

    If the user uses the Togfrog.com service once the changes have come into force, this is regarded as the user's acceptance of the altered terms and conditions. Any objection to this will result in Togfrog.com terminating membership.

  7. Others

    8. The law of Denmark applies to all legal relationships resulting from the terms and conditions for the parties and/or their legal successor, to the exclusion of UN international sales law.

    If causes of these terms and conditions or any clauses which may be included in it in the future be invalid in whole or in part or not viable, or lose their validity or viability in the future, this does not affect the validity of the other clauses.

    Changes and/or extensions to these terms and conditions (terms of use) and all further agreements must be made in writing.

    Togfrog.com is entitles to transfer any rights and duties arising from this contract to third parties. In this case, the user has the option of terminating membership immediately.

Privacy policy

    The Privacy policy describes how Togfrog.com (Togfrog) treats personal information when you use Togfrog.com.

    • Non-Account Activity. You can watch videos on Togfrog without having a Togfrog Account. You can also contact us about a particular video without having a Togfrog Account.

    • Account-Related Activity. Certain other options on Togfrog, like uploading videos, posting comments or rating locations, require you to have a Togfrog Account. We ask for some personal information when you create a Togfrog Account, including your email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access.

    • Usage Information. We may record information about your usage, such as when you use Togfrog, the contacts you communicate with, the videos you watch, and the frequency and size of data transfers, as well as information you display or click on in Togfrog (including UI elements, settings, and other information). If you are logged in, we may associate that information with your account.

    • Content Uploaded to Site. Any personal information or video content that you voluntarily disclose online becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others.
